(Summary description) On 20th March, 2019, our staff Cheng Fan and Zhou Jing are invited to visit the Australian Almond Production Area of OLAM - which is the biggest Almond grower and processing plant in Australia and the only supplier owning farms in US California and Australia.
A lot has been gained by this visit: closely inspected the operation mode of Almond farm and matching processing plant and well knew operation process and relevant cautions; meanwhile gained a deeper understanding of the product. Through further communication with the supplier, questions existing at work have been fully answered.
