Feature：
Cyclohexanone is a colorless flammable liquid with acetone odor, melting point -26 ℃, boiling point 156 ℃, flash point: 43 ℃, density at 20 ℃ is 948 kg / m3, slightly soluble in water. It is relatively soluble in alcohol and ether and volatile. Its steam and air can form explosive mixtures. The explosion limit in air is 1.1% -9.4% (vol). It is irritating to eyes, nose and throat, and is not corrosive.
Application：
The key gauge of the use of cyclohexanone is that it is an important chemical raw material, and it can also be used in the textile industry as a key intermediate for nylon, caprolactam and adipic acid. At the same time, cyclohexanone is also an excellent industrial solution, such as used in paint, especially in paints containing nitrocellulose, vinyl chloride polymer and its copolymer or methacrylate polymer. It is used in excellent solutions of organophosphorus pesticides and many similar pesticides, in dye solutions, as a viscous solution for piston-type aviation lubricants, in solutions of grease, wax and rubber. It is also used as a leveling agent for dyeing and matting silk, a degreasing agent for polishing metals, wood coloring paint, and cyclohexanone for film removal, decontamination and spot removal.

Domestic sales: Packed in clean and dry tank trucks or galvanized iron drums, the seal must be tight, and the package poke should be firmly affixed with a label and a "flammable substance" sign. Export: Dangerous chemical liquid bulk carrier, ISO TAIK or three types of dangerous goods galvanized steel drum packaging. GHS and Class III dangerous goods export labels are required.
Storage and transportation：
Stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse, isolated from the fire edge, the storage period is three months. During transportation, prevent violent impact, avoid cracking of the barrel skin welding joint, and prevent sun and rain.
