FEATURES :
The appearance of nylon 6 is white columnar particles, the melting point is 210-220℃, and the decomposition temperature is about 300℃. It is soluble in phenol and hot concentrated sulfuric acid, and has excellent electrical insulation performance, good alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.
APPLICATION :
1. For fiber-grade chipping, it can be used for spinning civil silk, making underwear, socks, shirts, etc.; for spinning industrial silk, making tire cords, canvas threads, parachutes, insulating materials, fishing nets, safety belts, etc.
2. Engineering plastic grade slices, which can be used to produce gears, casings, hoses, oil-resistant containers, cable sheaths, and textile industry equipment parts for precision machines.
3. It is used for stretch film-level slicing, which can be used in packaging industry, such as food packaging, medical packaging, etc.
4. Used in nylon composite materials, including impact-resistant nylon, reinforced high-temperature nylon, etc., used to make appliances with special needs, such as reinforced high-temperature nylon can be used to make impact drills, lawnmowers, etc.
PACKAGE :
The neutral packaging of PA6 includes 25kg and 800kg kraft paper bags with PE liner. And it can be customized according to customer requirements
STORAGE :
The PA6 should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid sunlight, rain and moisture, and the packaging should not be damaged during transportation.
