Features:
Colorless transparent monoclinic crystal. Magnesium oxide content 15.8%, nitrogen content 10.8%; Easily soluble in water, liquid ammonia, methanol and ethanol, stable at room temperature. Relative density 1.461, higher than the melting point of 95°C dehydration to generate basic magnesium nitrate, heating to 300°C began to decompose, to more than 400°C completely decomposed into magnesium oxide and nitrogen oxide gas.
Use:
Industrially used as dehydrating agent for concentrated nitric acid, manufacturing explosives, catalyst and other magnesium salt and nitrate raw materials, wheat ashing agent, etc.

Storage and transportationConditions:
Store in a cool and dry place, away from fire and heat sources. Do not store and mix with reducing agent, combustible, metal powder, sulfur and phosphorus.
