In order to improve the penetration rate of first aid skills of the whole staff and enhance the health awareness of the staff. On July 19, 2023, teachers of Hunan Health Management Association went to the company to carry out health knowledge popularization and first aid skills training. The training contents mainly include the following aspects:
1. First aid skills (Heimlich, CPR, etc.).
2. Healthy lifestyle, effective way to prevent chronic diseases.
3. Prevention and control of major diseases and summer heat prevention.
During the training process, the lecturer adopted a theoretical and practical method to let everyone have a deeper understanding of these first aid and health knowledge, and paid attention to improper behaviors and habits in daily life, which benefited everyone a lot.
