From May 25 to 26, 2019, all employees of Yueyang Juyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. launched a two-day outward bound training and target launch meeting. This event revolves around the theme of "Stimulate potential, mission must be achieved", aiming to exercise the team's sense of collaboration and enhance the team's cohesion and centripetal force.
Under the guidance of professional coaches, the team members were divided into three groups and staged a competition between speed and passion. Through projects such as excellence circle, shooting seven orders, shifting flowers and trees, gathering sources and having me more exciting, and market situation, the team's division of labor and cooperation and team integration have been tested. Despite the rising difficulty of the project, the team members still went forward bravely for the honor of the group and did not slack off at all. Through the running-in and cooperation with each other in the team, the task was successfully completed.
