Our company and its partners jointly built a tert-butyl acetate production unit and put it into operation. At present, it is a large domestic manufacturer of tert-butyl acetate (TBAC). On March 24, 2012, the unit with an annual output of 80000 tons of tert-butyl acetate was put into trial operation. At 21: 00 on March 25, the unit produced qualified crude tert-butyl acetate products.
At this point, the device was successfully driven once. At present, the production capacity has entered the top five in the world production capacity of the industry. The tert-butyl acetate (TBAC) product adopts international advanced technology. The project adopts the second-generation production unit of Sinopec with independent intellectual property rights and ranks in the international leading level. The production unit adopts the decentralized control system DCS(Distributed Control System) to realize continuous, large-scale and long-term stable operation.
