With the fierce competition in the ammonium sulfate export market, in order to adapt to the market competition and maintain its advantage in the competition, the company adopted a differentiated competition strategy and invested in the introduction of fully automatic ammonium sulfate particle screening equipment. According to the different needs of customers for ammonium sulfate particles, ammonium sulfate was screened. After more than two months of preparatory work, our company's screening workshop near Yueyang Xingang Wharf officially started on July 20, the sieved particle size range is 0.1-0.7mm,0.9-2.0mcm,2.0-4.0mcm. The sieved products have uniform appearance and are more targeted to different needs of customers in terms of quality indicators. 0.1-0.7mm is applied to water-soluble fertilizer and compound fertilizer production, and 0.9-2mm is more suitable for mixed fertilizer production and direct fertilization.
The imported screening equipment has an annual processing capacity of about 30,000 tons. At the same time, the matching electronic system weighing equipment and packaging integrated equipment can easily and accurately realize the requirements of 25kgs, 50kgs, 500kgs, 1000kgs and large container packaging.
